About WETYR Pools

Built on craftsmanship, driven to be the best

WETYR Pools exists to set a new standard for water: pools, ponds, and waterscapes designed with intention, engineered for the long term, and built and maintained by one accountable team.

Our Story

A WETYR Corporation company

WETYR Pools is the aquatic design-build division of WETYR Corporation. The division was founded out of a single, persistent frustration: too many pools, ponds, and waterscapes are built fast, built cheap, and abandoned the moment the final check clears. Homeowners are sold a brochure, handed a hole in the ground, and left to discover the shortcuts on their own over the following years through cracks, stains, failing equipment, and rising costs.

We were not interested in joining an industry that operates that way. We were interested in fixing it. So WETYR Pools was built around a different structure: design, engineering, construction, and long-term care all kept under one craftsman-led roof. The people who imagine your water feature are the same people who build it, and the same people who are still there years later keeping it pristine. There is no handoff, no chain of subcontractors, and no one to point a finger at, because the same name is on every stage.

That structure is not a marketing line. It is the entire reason the company exists. It is harder to run a business this way; it would be far easier to sell designs and let someone else build them, or to build and let someone else worry about service. But every shortcut in this industry hides in the seams between companies, and the only way to eliminate the shortcuts is to eliminate the seams. Our goal is direct: become the best pool, pond, and waterscape company in every market we enter, and carry that craftsman-led standard to homeowners across the United States.

One Roof

Why design-build under one roof matters

To understand what makes WETYR different, it helps to understand how most water features get built. A homeowner typically meets a salesperson, not a designer. The design is drawn to close the sale, then thrown over a wall to a construction crew who had no part in it. That crew builds to a number, subcontracting the steel, the plumbing, the gunite, the tile, the decking, and the equipment to whoever is cheapest that month. When the build is finished, the company moves on, and a separate service company, a separate repair company, and eventually a separate renovation company each meet the pool cold, years apart, with no shared history.

Every one of those handoffs is a place where quality leaks and accountability evaporates. The designer blames the builder, the builder blames the subcontractor, the subcontractor is long gone, and the service company says it is not their problem because they did not build it. The homeowner is left in the middle, holding an expensive feature that nobody is truly responsible for.

WETYR Pools collapses that entire chain into one company. The person who studies your property and designs your pool works alongside the crews who build it. The crews who build it know that our own service technicians will be back every week for years, so the work is done to a standard that has to hold up under that scrutiny. When a repair or a renovation is needed a decade later, it is handled by the company that has the original plans and the full history. One record, one standard, one point of contact, one reputation on the line. That is the whole idea, and it changes the outcome at every stage.

How We Work

Craftsmanship is a process, not a slogan

Craftsmanship is an easy word to print and a hard standard to keep. At WETYR Pools it lives in the process, not the brochure. It starts before anything is designed, when we walk the property and study the things that quietly decide whether a project succeeds: the path of the sun, the sight lines from inside the home, the grade, the drainage, the soil, the water table, and the way the family actually intends to live around the water. A feature designed from a catalog skips all of that. A feature designed by a craftsman cannot.

It continues into the build, where it shows up in the details no homeowner will ever see. The steel that is tied correctly. The plumbing that is sized with headroom rather than to the minimum. The boulders set by hand so no liner ever shows. The equipment pad laid out so it can actually be serviced. These are the things that decide whether a pool or pond performs quietly for decades or starts showing its shortcuts within a few seasons, and they are exactly the things a company chasing the lowest bid leaves out.

And it continues long after the first swim. Because we maintain what we build, we have every incentive to build it right, and every opportunity to catch a small issue before it becomes an expensive one. Craftsmanship, in practice, is just the refusal to take a shortcut at any of those stages. It is a process we repeat on every project, and it is the reason a WETYR feature is built to be the best thing in the yard for a very long time.

What Drives Us

The values behind every project

Six principles guide every decision we make, from the first site visit to the long-term care of a finished feature.

Craftsmanship First

We treat every pool and pond as a permanent piece of a property. The details most people never see still get done right, because those are the details that decide how a feature ages.

One Accountable Team

No finger-pointing between subcontractors. From the first sketch to the long-term maintenance, WETYR owns the outcome and stands behind it.

Engineered To Last

Heat, sun, rain, soil, the water table, salt air, and storm season all shape our engineering. We build for real-world conditions, not for handover day.

Honest Pricing

Fixed, itemized proposals before work begins. You always know exactly what you are paying for and why, with no surprise change orders.

Design With Intention

Every feature is shaped to its specific site and the people who will use it. We do not pull pools and ponds from a catalog.

Long-Term Relationships

We are not done at the final inspection. We stay on as the team that maintains and protects what we build for years to come.

What We Build

Pools, ponds, and living waterscapes

WETYR Pools is a full-spectrum water company. On the pool side, we design and build custom gunite swimming pools of every form: geometric and modern, freeform and lagoon, infinity and vanishing-edge, lap and fitness, plunge pools and spools, and raised perimeter-overflow designs, complete with spas, sun shelves, fire and water features, premium finishes, and smart automation.

On the waterscape side, we build koi ponds engineered for the long life of the fish, self-balancing ecosystem ponds, hand-built waterfalls and streams, pondless features that flow with no open water, and disappearing fountains. We pair pools with ponds so they read as a single landscape, and we believe a backyard is at its best when the water is designed as one connected idea rather than a set of separate purchases.

And we maintain all of it. Weekly service, precise water chemistry, equipment repair and modernization, resurfacing, and full renovation are core parts of the business, not afterthoughts. We service what we build and what we did not, because the same craftsman-led standard applies whether a feature is brand new or being brought back to life. From the first concept to the long-term care, WETYR is one company for everything to do with water on a property.

The Mission

From our home market to national leadership

Our growth plan is deliberate: earn a reputation that travels, then carry the standard outward, market by market.

Today

Delivering pools, ponds, and waterscapes to a craftsman-led standard in our established home market.

Next

Expanding into neighboring regions, carrying the same one-roof, one-standard model with us.

Growing

Bringing the WETYR standard to homeowners in markets across the United States.

The Goal

The name homeowners across America trust for luxury pool, pond, and waterscape design.

We are honest about ambition. WETYR Pools intends to be a national name, and we say so plainly. But a national reputation is not bought with marketing; it is earned one backyard at a time, and it travels only if the standard travels with it. That is why our growth is deliberate rather than rushed. Each new market gets the same one-roof model, the same engineering discipline, the same honest pricing, and the same commitment to maintain what we build. We would rather expand carefully and keep the standard intact than expand quickly and become one more company that builds fast, builds cheap, and moves on.

If you are planning a pool, a pond, or a full waterscape, that ambition works in your favor. It means your project is not just another job. It is a piece of the reputation we are building, and it is finished to a standard that has to hold up not only for you, but for everything that comes after it.

Working With Us

What it is like to build with WETYR

For most homeowners, a pool, pond, or waterscape is one of the largest and most visible investments they will ever make in their property. It should not feel like a gamble, and it should not feel like a fight. From the first conversation, our job is to make a complex project feel calm, clear, and genuinely enjoyable, because the process should be as well-built as the finished feature.

It begins with listening. We want to understand how you picture using the water, who will be around it, what you love and what you want to avoid, and what the realistic budget is. We would rather have an honest conversation early than design something that does not fit. From there you see your project resolved visually before any commitment, so the decisions are made on screen where they are inexpensive and reversible, not discovered later in concrete where they are neither.

Once a design is approved, you receive a fixed, itemized proposal. No vague allowances, no mystery line items, no change orders waiting to surprise you. Through construction you have a single point of contact and a schedule you can actually follow, with one company managing every trade. And when the water is finished, the relationship does not end. We hand the project off to the same company's service side, so the people who built it are the people who protect it. That continuity, from the first sketch to long-term care, is the experience WETYR Pools was created to deliver.

Good To Know

About WETYR Pools

Common questions homeowners ask before choosing us for a pool, pond, or waterscape project.

What is WETYR Pools?+

WETYR Pools is the aquatic design-build division of WETYR Corporation. We design, engineer, build, and maintain custom swimming pools, koi ponds, ecosystem ponds, waterfalls, streams, fountains, and pondless waterscapes, all under one craftsman-led roof.

What does design-build under one roof actually mean?+

It means the same company handles your project from the first site visit through design, engineering, construction, and long-term maintenance. There is no chain of separate companies handing off to one another, so there are no seams where quality leaks and no one to point a finger at. One company is accountable for the entire life of the feature.

Do you only build pools, or ponds too?+

Both, and we believe a property is at its best when the water is designed as one connected idea. We build custom gunite swimming pools, koi and ecosystem ponds, waterfalls and streams, fountains, and pondless features, and we frequently pair a pool with a natural pond so they read as a single landscape.

Do you maintain pools and ponds, or just build them?+

We do both. Weekly service, water chemistry, equipment repair and modernization, resurfacing, and full renovation are core parts of our business. We service what we build and what we did not, with the same craftsman-led standard behind every visit.

How do you price a project?+

Every project receives a fixed, itemized proposal before any work begins. You see exactly where every dollar goes, and the price you approve is the price you pay. We would rather lose a bid than win one by hiding costs that resurface later as change orders.

Where does WETYR Pools work?+

We are growing deliberately from our established home market toward nationwide coverage, carrying the same one-roof model and standard into every new market. Contact us with your location and project, and we will tell you how we can help.
