How to Find a Pool Leak
Common leak locations: skimmer, return jets, light niche, plumbing.
Bucket Test First
Place a 5-gallon bucket on the top step, fill to match pool level. Wait 24 hours. If pool loses more than bucket, you have a leak.
Then
- Inspect skimmer body for cracks
- Check return jet eyeballs
- Inspect light niche for cracks
- Pressure test plumbing (call WETYR)
