WETYR Pools ("we", "us") collects information you submit through quote forms, contact forms, vendor applications, and account registration. This includes name, email, phone, property address, city, state, project details, and IP address.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to deliver quotes, coordinate with licensed local crews in our network, send service updates, and fulfill the services you request. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Vendor information shared with you is limited to qualified, licensed crews matched to your zip code.

Cookies + Analytics

We use cookies and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site performance. No personally identifying tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.

Your Rights (CCPA + GDPR)

California residents have the right to know what personal data we hold, request deletion, and opt out of data sale (we do not sell data). EU residents have equivalent rights under GDPR. Email [email protected] to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

Lead and quote data is retained for 7 years for warranty and dispute purposes. After 7 years it is anonymized or deleted.

CASL (Canada)

Canadian residents will only receive marketing emails after express consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link processed within 10 business days.

Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare D1 with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Square (we never store card numbers).
