By using wetyrpools.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Service Description

WETYR Pools coordinates a national network of licensed, insured local pool builders, service technicians, wellness installers, and outdoor living crews. WETYR is the contracting party with the customer; the local crew is subcontracted by WETYR.

Quotes + Pricing

All quotes are estimates until a signed scope of work and approved permits are in place. Final pricing is set in the signed contract, not in initial site-quote ranges.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty. WETYR provides a 1-year labor warranty on repair work and a 3-year workmanship warranty on new construction. Wellness suite components carry the respective manufacturer warranties.

Cancellation

Service contracts cancel with 30 days written notice. Construction contracts follow the cancellation terms in the signed scope of work.

Limitation of Liability

WETYR's total liability under any project is limited to the contract value. WETYR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first addressed through direct discussion, then mediation in the contracting state, then binding arbitration. Venue: state of contract.
